Polyrhachis

Il y a deux types de Polyrachis
- des arboricoles tisseuses comme les oecophylles, par exemple P. laboriosa du Cameroun,
- des terricoles comme P. dives ou vicina -voir plus de Chine.

P. laboriosa

Cette fourmi a été très étudiée au Cameroum par Jean-Luc Mercier pour sa thèse avec Alain Lenoir en collaboration avec Alain Dejean.
